Most founders complete the excavation in 45-90 minutes. Some go deeper. There's no timer.

Yes. Your conversation is automatically saved. Return anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

The AI

Claude by Anthropic. Specifically chosen for its depth of reasoning and ability to have nuanced conversations about identity and meaning.

Claude is better at the kind of deep, exploratory conversation this process requires. It's less eager to please and more willing to challenge you.

Yes. It's direct, occasionally provocative, and allergic to bullshit. Think: a very smart friend who happens to know a lot about branding and won't let you get away with surface-level answers.

It won't flatter you. It will push you.

It doesn't need to understand your brand. It needs to help YOU understand your brand. That's the difference.

No. The methodology, prompts, and conversation flow are original. The AI is a tool executing a specific excavation process, not a generic chatbot.

The opposite. Everything is pulled from YOUR answers, YOUR story, YOUR beliefs. If the output feels generic, the input was generic.

Push back. Disagree. The best Brand Kernels come from founders who argue with the AI until it gets it right.

Privacy

Yes. We don't train on your data. We don't share it. We don't sell it. Your brand strategy stays yours.

Stored securely for your access. Not used for training. Not shared with third parties. Deletable on request.

Only you, unless you choose to share it. We have zero access to your outputs unless you explicitly share them with us.

Limitations

Design your logo. Write your website copy. Create your visual identity. This is the foundation those things are built on, not the things themselves.

No. But it will make writing your marketing dramatically easier. When you know exactly who you are, the words follow.

It replaces the discovery phase—often the most expensive and least efficient part. What you do with the foundation is up to you.

Cohort 1

The first group of 10 founders to go through BrandKernel together. You'll have direct access to me and a community of founders doing the same deep work.

$150 for lifetime access. This is the founding price. It will increase significantly after Cohort 1.

Full BrandKernel process. Direct access to me for questions. Community of 9 other founders. Lifetime access to all future updates.

The process is self-paced. "Cohort" means you have access to the community and me during that period. You can do the actual excavation whenever suits you.
